The restaurant staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great dining experience. The room cleaning service was top-notch and the room itself was clean and spacious. The breakfast provided was delicious and the wifi coverage in the room was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. a fantastic stay!

The location was adjacent to everything we wanted to do. Would recommend this hotel for every one when they visit Medan. Dine at Warung Kodi Srikandi, which is located within 400 feet from the property.

The lack of a dedicated business center or coworking space. It would have been convenient to have a designated area for work-related tasks, such as printing and scanning documents.

The hotel is situated in the heart of an old colonial city hall, close to the main Medan train station and coffee, growing region. the rooms have comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and flat, screen TVs. the bathroom and shower were well, appointed with complimentary toiletries. An excellent breakfast was served daily, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There were some issues with slippery bathroom floors that could cause accidents.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed. The hotel facilities were impressive and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a great spread of choices and the location of the hotel was perfect as it was near the train station and eateries in the city center. It was also convenient to travel to the airport by train, avoiding the heavy traffic.

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to lots of attractions and restaurants. The view from the room was amazing and the room itself was cozy and clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast, which was a good variety of local and international dishes.

The staff at the front desk could have been a bit more helpful and friendly. We had some trouble communicating with them, but it wasn't a big issue.

The hotel's exclusive amenities provided an unforgettable experience. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the Spa center, which had a steam room and beauty treatments available. the restaurant provided excellent in-room breakfast and special diet menus.

The hotel lacked a bill boy service to show guests to their rooms, which made it easy to get lost. This was a minor issue, as the reception staff were helpful in answering questions.
